DTF or Direct to Film provides a very high degree of accuracy and provides an exact replication of a design on a wide variety of fabric types. We strongly recommended this option for robust designs with complex colours.

What filetype can I use for my logo?
We accept any high resolution image such as PNG, JPG, GIF, PSD, AI etc.
If you are able to provide us vector files directly such as SVG, this would help us to ensure your design quality is as sharp as possible. (Please make sure all text within SVG files have been pre-converted to shapes/paths and that your SVG file is placed in a zip/compressed file for uploading)
What is your lead-time?
This depends purely on the size of the order and the complexity. Most orders can be turned around within a few days using our standard service.
We understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan and that you may have an urgent request and need a high priority service; don’t worry, we’re here to help. Depending on your needs, we are able to turn around urgent orders on the same working day.
Do you require files in a digitized format for embroidery?
No! We digitize all artwork in-house based on the designs you provide.
What is digitizing?
Digitizing is a process where we convert your logo/text/artwork to actual stitch paths for our machinery to sew. This is very different to having a vector or path file and is only used in the embroidery process.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We do not have any minimum order amounts. We are happy to cater for all our customers requirements. Bear in mind that it generally costs less per item for larger quantities, but we still aim to keep costs low for customers whom only want to produce one or a few items.
Can I order blank products?
Yes of course. We work with a number of manufacturers to get competitive pricing on a wide range of products. We’re happy to pass these savings across to our customers even as blank products.
Can I receive proofs of my design before production?
Yes, we are happy to provide proofs of all design works before putting them into full production. Please let us know when ordering that you require this.
